2017 Summer Camp Counselor Application

Undergraduate and graduate students from the University of Tennessee can submit an application to serve as a counselor for the PiPES three-day summer program. PiPES: Possibilities in Postsecondary Education and Science, is a grant-funded program that provides college-going awareness information and opportunities to learn about science, technology, engineering, math, and medical science (STEMM) careers for 10th and 11th grade students in Campbell and Union Counties.

This summer up to 100 of these students will have an opportunity to visit UT for three days in June. The three day summer experience focuses on introducing PiPES participants to STEMM and demonstrates the tools to prepare for college. Activities will include lab tours, college life experiences, and introduction to STEMM careers.

We are seeking UT undergraduate and/or graduate students to serve as counselors for this three day experience. Please complete and submit the Summer Counselor Application 2017. If you are interested, please apply by February 1, 2017.
